Program Manager (HUMINT Training)
The MASY Group is actively seeking experienced Program Managers (HUMINT Training) to support several Department of Defense (DoD) and other IC requirements. The qualified candidate will demonstrate:
- U.S. citizenship and a current Secret or TS/SCI security clearance;
- 12 to 15 years of human intelligence experience and 10 to 12 years of operational experience in HUMINT with either the military or civilian IC agency;
- Ability to interact effectively with senior members within the Federal Government, DoD and IC;
- A strong understanding of the various intelligence community organizations' structures, missions, functions and training needs;
- Previous experience in a HUMINT supervisory or managerial role.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with:
- Recent experience from deployment in support of U.S. contingencies;
- A current CI and/or full scope polygraph;
- Previous experience as a Program Manager;
- BA/BS or MA degree;
- Experience as a member of an Operational Management Team and/or Operational Control Element.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development of new courses and training materials for clients and proactively developing approaches to meet client needs.
- Overseeing all activities of HUMINT instructors and coordinating the budgetary requirements of HUMINT training activities.
- Participating in HUMINT training contract negotiations and changes, preparing proposals, business plans, and proposal work statements and specifications.
- Being the conduit between senior executive level members, government officials, private sector executives and other intelligence agency representatives.
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and effectively communicating policies, purpose, mission and objectives of The MASY Group.
