The MASY Group is actively seeking experienced Collection Management Officers to support specialized efforts of a USG customer in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. The primary function of the Collection Management Officer is to support a specific USG customer by providing guidance on intelligence collection and directing the dissemination of raw intelligence products.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate:
- U.S. citizenship and must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH. Candidates will not be considered otherwise;
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in intelligence, intelligence analysis, intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and/or information operations (IO);
- A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations and intelligence reporting. Candidates must be familiar with the HUMINT intelligence cycle, IC report writing, and USG classified databases;
- Strong briefing and writing skills.
Job responsibilities include:
- Guide HUMINT collection and dissemination;
- Identify targets of interest and initiate collection guidance;
- Conduct evaluation of intelligence and information validation;
- Manage production and use of intelligence reports;
- Anticipate Intelligence Community (IC) customer needs while maintaining, utilizing, and expanding network of IC contacts;
- Maintain source knowledge of specific countries, programs and/or targets;
- Review and analyze incoming traffic and all-source materials.
