All Source Intelligence Analyst (Counter-IED Targeting Program)

The MASY Group is actively seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst to work as a member of a team supporting the Department of Defense's Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP).

The qualified candidate will ideally demonstrate and/or possess:

  • An active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Skills equivalent to 5-10 years of analytical experience. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Must have between 5-10 years experience in the Intelligence discipline at the tactical thru strategic levels.
  • May substitute professional experience for education requirement.
  • Formal Intelligence Community (IC) or Military Service training as an all-source analyst.
  • At least six months of experience related to IED analysis developing all-source intelligence assessments.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer tools common to the IC such as: Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook and others.
  • Experience performing all-source analysis and fusion to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Tactical military and/or operational deployment experience in contingency areas is a plus.
  • INSCOM experience is valuable as well as experience in an Analysis and Control Element (ACE) supporting all-source analysis.

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide analytical support to the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP).
  • Produce CITP related assessments and target support packages in collaboration with analysts involved in the counter insurgency/counter IED mission.
  • Coordinate with CITP action officers in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phases of scheduled targeting and intelligence survey packages.
  • Conduct IED related assessments and unscheduled targeting and intelligence survey packages.
  • Provide expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence analytical products. Maintain and update databases and identify intelligence gaps.
  • Track all tasks and ad hoc products to completion. Provide quality control on all products prior to delivery.
  • Research, review, evaluate, and integrate all-source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished all-source assessments.
  • Willingness to deploy OCONUS as a member of an analytical team for a period of no longer than 180 days.
